Pol Maj Yai Weroj or Sarawat Yai , a young accomplished border patrol policeman has been promoted to be the new chief inspector at the Phra Lan Provincial Police Station in a fictional province in Thailand called Phra Kamphaeng. Sarawat Yai was promoted as a reward for capturing a major drug cartel. What Sarawat Yai did not know before taking the job is that the city of Phra Lan is controlled by a group of mafia backed by corrupted high-ranked officials and police chief. Crime runs wild in Phra Lan and the Phra Lan police show very little interests to stop it. The people of Phra Lan always lives in fear.
