Summary Allen is in the Nintendo room, and while he's talking about what he's planning to do, the alarm rings again. Outside, the unknown villain reminds Allen that he still knows his real name. Then, he tells Allen that he updated his gadget so that now, it can send things to Rhode Island. The villain sends Allen there, and goes with him. After they get to Rhode Island, the villain reveals his super villain name: Bark Man. He then tells Allen that he's going to erase his memory. Allen teleports the magic toothbrush into his hands, so Bark Man can't use it. He takes it back, but before he can erase Allen's memory, he freezes. Allen walks away and goes to his beach house, where he decides to sit down. When he sits in a chair, it shocks him, and he falls on the ground. Allen touches the chair again, and it shocks him. After touching the chair one more time, Allen turns around and sees Bark Man standing next to him. This surprises Allen, and he falls into the chair and gets shocked for the fourth time. While he's on the ground, Bark Man runs away and closes the gate behind him. Allen tries to open the gate, but it shocks him too. Once Allen gets up, he climbs over the railing and runs after Bark Man.
