Summary After the chaotic events of Series 1, the Joker is now being kept in maximum security. Prior to the Arkham board meeting, Lex Luthor, now the owner of the asylum, is pursued by Summer Gleason and Jack Ryder for an interview for GCN. Meanwhile Jeremiah Arkham, with the aid of Lock-Up and Scarecrow puts the asylum on lockdown in an effort to take back what is rightfully his. While this going on, Ted also arrives to help free the Joker before the chaos begins.
