Suzuki is wanted by the US Army due to his friends firing a rocket into the US army base. While he was running away, the sea rose higher and he saw a strange battleship. He was dumped into the sea and he sees a beautiful girl, she says her name is Lyx and is a princess from another world and she needs his help.

The war to save humanity takes Babel from the jungles of Southern Asia to the Upper East Side of Manhattan and, ultimately, to a final battle with "the Master" at a hidden base in the Swiss Alps.
