Summary An airplane carrying government secret papers crashes in the Rockies. The Houndcats must retrieve the briefcase before gangster Grogan and his gang can do the same and ransom the plans. Grogan disguises one of his men as Mussel Mutt to send our heroes astray. But unknown to Grogan, the missing pilot he finds is really Putty Puss in disguise.
