Smereko reports on the mass poisoning and death of people, including many women and children. Zvonareva proposes to destroy the zone from the air. But Nenarokov needs strong evidence of the experiments. Shevchenko proposes to pass over the lake with a warm spring at a minimum height and drop scouts into the water without parachutes. The operation is risky, but there is no other way out.
