The year is 2099, there is tumult everywhere and Japan is dominated by a secretive society. A mysterious girl called Shin roams the country and its outlands. There is an investigation, infiltration, an alliance and a betrayal. What is to become of Japan given its rulers, the outlaw and the Green Turtle?

The villain for this special, Time Demon Chronos, abducts all of the Boukenger, save for Eiji, into an alternate dimension. He goes out and seeks the assistance of Tsubasa Ozu (MagiYellow of Mahou Sentai Magiranger) at a boxing match, Tekkan "Tetsu" Aira (DekaBreak of Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger) while he is undercover with the Polar Dragon Mafia, Asuka Ono (AbareBlack of Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger) taking care of his daughter on Dino-Earth, and Nanami Nono (Hurricane Blue of Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger) at her concert.

Count Cagliostro and a scientist bring the mummies of Guanajuato back to life, they must now be stopped by wrestlers Mil máscaras, Blue Demon, Blue Angel and El Rayo de Jalisco.
