A frustrated man decides to take justice into his own hands after a plea bargain sets one of his family's killers free.

Kyosuke still wears Aiko's panties to battle evil. Meanwhile, Aiko has mixed emotions and decide to get her panties back from Kyosuke. Kyosuke suffers from the loss and disappears. The biggest enemy yet appears in front of Kyosuke.

Decided to 'make the States' a hit-man from Montreal accept a contract in New York to kill a mafioso boss, Frank Anastasia. Naturally the Americans don't accept what that 'stranger', that frog have done and track him back. Despaired he contact a radio talk show to tell his story trying to find a way to save the life of his partner in the hand of those who contract him.

Four friends are embroiled in Mumbai underworld and ends up becoming killers. However they succeed in their criminal tasks but soon realizes that they have to pay a heavy price for their deeds.
