Summary On the trail of the Phantom Knight, the F99 crew lands on a beautiful planet. They find a village which seems to be in a state of half-completion. Projects have been started but left undone. When they ask the villagers about it, they are told that they started all of those things when they were visited by Captain DICE, the man who founded DICE and then disappeared into the Heron universe. The members of DICE, in honor of his memory, decide to help the villagers complete these various projects and help them regain the excitement in their lives. But there is little time for this, because the Phantom Knight is on the move with the Malusword, so they set out for the lost planet of Heron.
