Summary In Liverpool four men break into a bonded warehouse and smash through a wall all to steal a crate containing a hundred and forty four cans of Supa De Mariscos fish soup imported from Portugal. Next day the spoils are found round the corner, intact. It becomes apparent from the Department's investigations that these men stole the 'wrong' crate and were after another which contained what they were after. In a trail that leads from a trendy boutique to the Ramos canning factory in Lisbon Jason sets out to find what the burglars were really hoping to find.
