Summary Soon-shin cannot understand Won Kyun who with cold blooded murder of a prisoner gave the scattered Jurchen tribes a reason to unite. Won Kyun and Yi Soon-shin's attitude toward their enemies and treatment of their prisoners could not be more different. Soon-shin and his men are busily preparing for an imminent Jurchen attack. They conclude that the Jurchen tribes are likely to attack Nokdune Island which is a vulnerable point of strategic importance. Meanwhile, Jurchen leaders Ulginae and Matniungae send Chun-su and his gang to Chosan Fort in order to steal Chosunese weapons.
