The emissary continues to put pressure on Yi Soon-shin threatening to charge him for impiety against the King, but Yi Soon-shin's will to go after the retreating enemy is unshaken. The confusion in Chosunese camp provides an opening for Konishi Yukinaga to launch a messenger ship requesting reinforcements from his allies nearby. Yi Soon-shin is forced to respond by taking military action against the order of the emissary, and the emissary recommends charges of treason against Yi Soon-shin.
