Summary Dreadwing ignores Gangrin's warnings about how his generator to set Warnado airborne is unstable, and is ready to attack him when it explodes. Z'nith has Riptor pick him up from where he's fleeing from Fryte's Dramen before realizing who he is. On Airlandis, Orac's reasoning lets Joshua reluctantly agrees to allow the self-proclaimed reformist to stay and plan Dreadwing's defeat, as long as Z'nith guards him. But Gangrene sabotages the city's generator and makes it look like an accident when it's shown to him, and uses sleeping gas on his guards that night to escape and signal for Dreadwing to attack. The Dragon Flyz have to defend the city, but Joshua doesn't help after he unfairly blames Z'nith for Gangrene's escape so imprisons him.
