Monster Camp is a quirky yet thoughtful documentary about the world of live-action role-playing and the people who bring fantasy to life through their passion and creativity.

Based on the remains of never-completed Argentine features from the archives of the film museum in Buenos Aires. The film is, as it were, a parallel film history: an essay like a cinematographic Frankenstein, that blows new life into images that once seemed unsuccessful and pointless.

Covergirl Lonnie wastes no time "breaking the ice" and demonstrating her "technique". Feature models Tanya James and Avery Adams don't really need to wear skirts to convey their intentions.
