She fears that it is a malignant tumor. After the examination, island vet Stephanie Petersen recommends surgery. Assistant doctor Julia Lohmann takes over. But the tumor's good blood flow leads to unexpected complications during the operation. The young doctor is given her baptism of fire. Treating 16-year-old cat Max is never problem-free 16-year-old cat Max is a regular patient of Schliersee veterinarian Regina Seemüller. Max has chronic kidney problems, needs a vaccination and his tartar needs to be removed. Treating the four-legged senior is never problem-free. Grandpa cat Max is showing his claws.
