Summary Loki speaks to his birth mother Farbauti who promises an army of Frost Giants to assist Loki in the conquest of the nine realms. Loki escorts her away and puts her under house arrest. Loki contemplates his loathing of the Frost Giants and later remembers his camaraderie with Thor. Hela appears and demands the execution of Thor. Loki refuses to put Thor to death and hopes for reconciliation with his brother. Thor, however, escapes with the help of his hammer and used it to defeat Loki.
