Mojo Jojo, (Jeremiah Tube Gamer) has escaped prison, and now plans to destroy Townsville once again. It's up to Blossom, (Hannah Floto) Bubbles, (Nikki Jay) and Buttercup (TurtleDubVA) to stop Mojo Jojo to finishing his masterplan.

Trapper Nat Coleman and government agent Ted Arnold come upon a plot to take over an African nation. Its leader, Caliph Abdul el Hamid, has been exiled from his country and replaced by a look-alike usurper allied with an unnamed foreign power. The Caliph intends to return but enemy agents Boris and Greg are out to stop him. Captain Africa a masked jungle lord, appears occasionally to aid Nat and Ted.
The girls discover a new high school, but soon realize that the school is for supervillains. Wonder Woman, Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Supergirl, Batgirl, Katana, and Bumblebee come together to help those that are being used by the new school to commit crimes.
