Summary In the 2nd of a 3 part documentary series, following life aboard the 'QE2', the most famous ocean liner in the world and now a floating hotel in Dubai, UAE. It's mid February and Valentine's Day sees two big events happening on board - a lavish brunch for 450 people in the main dining room, followed by a romantic opera gala dinner out on deck. With the guests paying a premium for both, expectations are high. However, a late delivery threatens to derail the fine cuisine preparations and - adding to the presage of doom - a storm spotted on the horizon seems set to put the open-air element of the gathering at risk on cancellation.
