Summary I activate 4 separate stars at once. Usually in speed runs, it saves time to activate 2 stars at once (often the 100 coin star and red coin star). This time, I took it 2 steps further - activating FOUR stars at once. I believe this is the only part of the game where you can do this, and that you can't activate more than four at once.
