This program, that is a collaboration between NRK and Norsk Fjernundervisning, is for everyone with children. It has been produced for FUS, a 4-year education for preschool teachers.

The film is about the lives of real people living in the real world, showing their resilience despite the difficulties in life.

urrently, as the majority of younger and stronger ones surged into the town, a large number of lands have turned into wilderness. People who are farming nowadays are those whose ages have over sixty. The Old Farmers and the Land documented the life of these traditional farmers.

Su-Ying and Yilan are both Dutch woman of Chinese descent and both daughter of restaurant owners. Su-Ying has been striving in her life for equal rights for the Dutch Chinese. Photographer Yilan, through her project ChinAware, is trying to unravel how her Chinese roots have formed her as an individual. Many young Chinese like Su-Ying and Yilan saw their first images of the culture of their parents and grandparents during the nocturnal Chinese film shows that started in the 1960's. These film shows eventually lead to the Kung Fu craze that captivated the whole of Holland for decades.

A candid look into the life of Luigi De Luca as he and his family organize a celebration and a book commemorating 70 years of family tradition in the gelato industry.
