Summary Necessity is the mother of invention. No one knows this better than Jessamine Daly-Griffen, owner of Om Nohm Bakery and Café. When two of her three children were diagnosed with Celiac disease, Jess faced the challenge by developing over 150 gluten free recipes to nourish her entire family. Soon, the idea for a dedicated gluten free bakery was born, offering a welcoming space for food-marginalized individuals.
