Summary It's all change for synchro trampoline gymnastic pair Alannah and Morgan as they've had to split as a pair because they're jumping at different heights. Morgan has been given a lovely new partner Evie, but Alannah is still waiting for her new partner to be found. As the girls say, it's just what happens when you're a trampolinist, and they're determined not to let this affect their friendship so are busy making plans for life outside the gym. It's competition day for Birmingham Boys Tremaine, Zion, Winston and Codi at the Men's Artistic National Championships. The competition is at the boy's home gym so they're not short of supporters, and of course they have each other for encouragement and advice. How will Codi get on at his first national competition? And will Zion, Trumaine and Winston do well enough to get a place on the GB squad This week's Gym Stars Top 20 gymnast is world team champion trampoline gymnast Laura Gallagher, who trains at the same gym as Alannah and Morgan.
