Summary Documentary following the lives of some of the staff of Foxes Hotel, an establishment with a difference as the trainees all have learning difficulties. The hotel forms part of a training organisation specialising in offering people with special needs such as Downs syndrome and autism. The students train in various aspects of the hotelier trade including catering, waiting on and housekeeping. We meet the eccentric Tom with his Victorian handlebar moustache and Sophie, the wondering kitchen assistant.
