On the tiny Canary Island of La Gomera there's an ancient forest, a forest that gives a glimpse of what pre-ice-age Europe and North Africa would have looked like. In the Mist tells the story of this forest's survival and how it influences the lives of the islands residents. The film explores how an island with less rainfall than Afghanistan can support a rain forest so humid that one of its most prolific inhabitants is an amphibian.

Public education in the US is under is under attack from all political spectrums. From Washington, DC to Wisconsin, teachers and their unions are a primary target of the talking heads, the media, local, state and federal government politicians. Films such as Waiting for Superman contribute to these attacks by promoting charter schools as a panacea. Teach! is one of the few films to actually talk directly to the practiced education experts, public school teachers, to hear their experiences, their views and their proposals for improving public education. Interviews with teachers from many school districts illuminate what's happening to schools across the country, what is impacting their performance, and their understanding of the reality of the performance and purpose of the charter movement.

This film deals with the challenges of fatherhood being oppressed by a system that doesn't consider the statistics. These statistics clearly state what the lack of a father in a home can project in the long run by a large percentage. This film is designed to make the viewer aware of how things can go really bad for a father trying to do the right thing by his child, how cold and callous the system can be in regards to a fathers rights as a father and as a human. Many laws the have been written need to be revisited and take into consideration the current economy, jailing fathers,revoking drivers licenses, is not a solution instead it promotes the separation of fathers and children.

The documentary is a focused view into the core of game-keeping and hunting passions in its central European form, but also depicts commercial hunting in Africa and Greenland.
