Summary The kids Ashu, Mooli, Immu and Golu are going to school but due to a VIP movement during the school timings, they are unable to reach school on time. In the classroom, Miss Jiya is telling the importance of traffic rules, road signs and road markings to the children. Ashu, Mooli, Immu and Golu come up with an idea to end VIP culture in the city and decide to control the traffic on their own. As always, Baba Bandook comes up with an evil plan with his robotic pajero to destroy the Halwapur city. Burka Avenger comes to rescue the city and fights with Baba Bandook to destroy his malicious plans.
