Enclosure follows the history of 5 imprisoned women; Nina, Leia, Coringa, Sandra and Elisabette in a public female jail in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. The documentary follows the daily life of this forgotten population and reflects about the human contradiction and complexity. It is a deep immersion into these women's dreams and frustrations, while giving them a voice. Above it all, It's a movie about the human condition.

The State-Mafia pact, according to the prosecutors and some key witnesses, might have been reached between the Mafia and several high-ranking politicians and officials of the government institutions, right after the 1992/93 suicide attacks that shook the Italian peninsula. The pact might have acted a seismic wave and triggered a series of bloody events that, partly, still remained unsolved. The documentary depicts this pact through a series of interviews to people directly linked with it.

The filmmaker visits his relatives in Vietnam. Dominated by his grandmother's colorful personality, the film combines a portrait and a self-portrait into a sensitive, poignant and perceptive quest.
