Péter is a professional boxer and provides a decent living for his family, but this involves a lot of resignations, and his young wife finds difficult to tolerate this. She feels lonely in the prison of their home and begins an affair with a doctor who is beaten up by her husband. In court, the boxer promises changes in their life, but when his coach, respected as his father kicks him out of the team, his life goes downhill.
