Summary The El Sapo Blanco adventures follows a series of hilariously goofy and entertaining no-budget short films, all shot and edited on an iPhone XR, complete with terrible special effects. All the shorts are written / shot/ directed by Juan Diaz, who has been directing short films for over 10 years. The character of El Sapo Blanco harkens back to 1960-1970's Mexican cinema, mainly masked wrestler movies, starring El Santo, Blue Demon, and Mil Mascaras, who fought smugglers, mad scientists or monsters.
