Summary Costumed Cuties face bondage peril in a variety of scenarios. First, a rookie cop is captured, fondled and tickled by a kinky con-woman. In the second, a pretty woman is captured and has her panties removed by a rival. In the third, two buxom barmaids are bound and gagged while their boss decides whether or not to prosecute them for theft. The next tale concerns a blonde babe who tries to ditch her boyfriend and go to a costume party, but is grabbed before she can make good her escape.
