Angry Tide on the Island
In the spring of 1947, at the beginning of the liberation of Longwang Island in the Jiaodong Liberated Area, the people on the island were difficult to distinguish who really are the enemy. The war situation in Shandong suddenly changed, and the army temporarily shifted its strategy. Longwang Island was once occupied by Longzhang Chi, but Sansao Liu and the remaining soldiers and civilians were unyielding and persisted in fighting behind enemy lines, while Hongshan Ye continued guerrilla warfare around Long Wang Island. With their unremitting efforts, the army finally successfully completed "Operation Sea Anemone", completely liberated Long Wang Island, defeated the reactionaries, and reversed the situation of the war.
