Summary This popular Thai cult classic is about a cat with diamond eye. In order to protect itself when harmed, it will turn into a giant killer cat. Only few people had an opportunity to come face to face with this supernatural cat. However, as the tales go, those who did will mysteriously meet a tragic end, die or become crazy except for one person, Busayamatr. The cute diamond eye cat and Busayamatr first met when she was very young on one of her father's trip to the jungle many years ago. Little did she know that trip was in fact the expedition led by her father to hunt the Diamond Eye Cat. Unfortunately, everybody died while trying to catch the cat to get its priceless diamond eye, including Busayamart's father. Only two people survived. Busayamatr survived because of her innocent heart that was pure and kind and the local man hired as navigator because he did not try to catch or harm the cat. The local man ended up took the lost young Busayamatr home and raised her as his daughter. Since that day, the cat with diamond eye and Busayamatr became friends.
