This movie is the story of documentary filmmaker team who travel to South Africa to document the funeral of Nelson Mandela.On the way to the funeral, they join the South African ministers on their airplane and start filming where no media is present. They have to leave the ceremony to return to the airport after being arrested by police while the funeral is about to start. A series of unexpected events changes their trip plan.

The film really only touched the surface of what Jim actually did, several other things he did are told here. This is not an actual look into the movie, but rather a look at Jim's career and friends.
