Cuernavaca

The film revolves around the young man, "Ahmed" (Saleh Selim) the young poet who was blinded in an accident while riding a horse when he saw the betrayal of his sweetheart, and then decided to live with his mother (Amina Rizk) and his friend, "Abdul Muti" (Fouad Elmohandes) in the countryside, and with his heart full of hatred for all women, he thought all women are the same then he meets his new nurse that would change everything in his life.

Besnik is a lonely shepherd and devoted Muslim, haunted by unfulfilled love. He is the son of a Catholic mother and formerly Communist father whom he takes care of in an Albanian village in the mountains. Up here, Christians and Muslims have found a way to co-exist peacefully. Even after the discovery that the old mosque used to be a church and that the building was actually shared by the two religions in the past, the calm of daily life can be preserved - with Besnik's help. After the death of his father, however, drastic changes threaten Besnik's multi-faith family and the shepherd is forced to seek his own path.

A small village in Burkina Faso. The story focuses on Bila, a ten year old boy who befriends an old woman, Sana. Everybody calls her 'Witch' but Bila himself calls her 'Yaaba' (grandmother). When Bila's cousin Nopoko gets sick it is Sana's medicine who saves her.

An industrialist drives to the sea with his wife and best friend, who he thinks are starting an affair. As the two flirt, he becomes increasingly paranoid. Will he end his agony by killing the would-be lover, the inconstant wife or himself?

"Neues Kino movie" about life in the circus dome narrated in Brechtian spirit; deceptively illusionist grip is broken violently by aloofness and sweeping subjective tracking shots.
