A missing submarine in Spanish Civil War leads to the first German Navy operation before WW2. Republican submarine C-3 was the victim of international secrecy and intrigues, after a torpedo from U-34 sunk it on December 12th 1936.
An aspiring screenwriter becomes his latest writing assignment; an enraged Vietnam veteran.
1941 During the occupation, German forces arrest and imprison Chaidari the Colonel of Resistance Grigoriou. Resistors with Major Stefanou organize in every detail his escape. After his release the fighters continue their sabotage against the German army.
During the German Occupation, a singer, Anna Rafti, pretends to be Germanophile and becomes a mistress of German commander Hans Richter. As a member of Colonel Miaoulis' Resistance Team, he gathers information from the enemy and handles them appropriately. Her important action in the struggle against the conquerors also contributes to the revelation of another double agent, a friend and member of the resistance group, who is in fact a Gestapo agent.
