Summary A documentary on the people and characters involved in racing cars in a nationwide, amateur, endurance auto-racing circuit known as Chump Car racing. Chumps Like Us documents the experiences of six to eight racers as they 'work their day job' and put in long hours with their teammates building race cars to compete in one of the forty Chump Car races held on professional racetracks throughout the U.S. each year.
