Every year, a young maiden from a small fishing village is sacrificed to the sea god. This year, Ali who was chosen to be the bride of the sea god has arrived at the island by boat. On her wedding night, Ali discovered her husband, Sea God Yan, was an orc; a half human, half beast. Later, Ali sneaked into a forbidden room and discovered the secret of the bride in the ice coffin. One day at the beach, Ali saved a small injured fish and brought back to the palace and named it Hai Dayu. Dayu transformed into a human and accompanied the lonely and helpless Ali. At the end of the Spring and Autumn Period, the state of Qi in the Central Plains was in turmoil.
