Chasing a Dream

Joe Evans, aka Paa Joe had been left with a huge responsibility by his late Boss and Mentor, Tom Williamson, who died in a terrible road traffic accident, five years ago, within two years of his wife's death. Peter was the only child of this ever so wealthy family, they had money on both sides, Tom although a very successful farmer and Estate Owner in his own rights, inherited a cattle ranch and Processing Factory from his father. Martha was left a hefty trust fund by her parents. She also inherited her father's Tea Plantation when he died. Her husband was able to turn it into a very successful venture. Joe was treated as an equal by Tom and his lovely wife Martha, they always referred to him as the brother Tom didn't have. They trusted him explicitly. Now that they are both dead, Joe was made Trustee of all that wealth, awaiting Peter's completion of university. This should not have been a problem for Pa Joe as he is affectionately called, loves Peter with a passion, and Peter was very happy with his father's decision, and loves Pa Joe, and only wanted to finish his degree in Agricultural Science and come home to join forces with his beloved Pa Joe. However Peter comes home with a wife, Angela, whom he married without anyone's knowledge nor signed a pre-nuptial agreement, and she is pregnant, thus PA Joe's head throbs and his left knee screams with pain, yet Peter's love for his wife blinds him to her faults. Angela, however finds out that Pa Joe, is only supposed to release Peter's fortune to him, when he Pa Joe is happy about all situations, as stated in Clause 23 of the will. This has not gone down very well Angela, who is very pregnant with twins and wants some form of security for her children before her husband finds out the twins are not his, thus determined to go to any length to get to Peters millions. She is prepared to kill and kidnap when necessary, but Pa Joe and Martha are prepared to protect Peter and his wealth at all cost. Meanwhile Scott, her former boyfriend and the real father of her twins, is not so generous. He hopes to make her pay, can he?
