A poor runaway boy and a reluctant ambulance driver in Karachi. Their two lives come together through a dying humanitarian upon whom so much of their daily lives depend.

Arthur Le Gall is 20 years old. He lives in his imaginary world and he tells himself stories. It is an artist. He likes to take pictures of what he sees. For one day, he rediscovers the apartment of his grandfather who has just died even though he thinks he can see him. He also has his own vision of death. Then his parents arrive to reason with him. They want to see him grow and announce to him that they are going to put everything up for sale. With a lot of poetry, Arthur gives them a lesson in life and goes against their project. For him, life is a miracle that you have to learn to respect. According to him, everything we see is only a mirage on the road of passing time.
