Battle in Heaven

A crime boss is assassinated and witnesses to the crime are subsequently killed. A no-nonsense policeman decides to take the law into his own hands in bringing these criminals to justice.

Two sisters, Lin and Sen, and Lin's husband Ho come to Hong Kong looking for a better life. They are met by Ho's friend Kwan who works for a gangster Tian who offers them jobs in his nightclub and sauna. Sen is young and easily bored and soon takes up with Tian who offers her money and excitement. Ho falls for Sister a masseuse who works in the sauna and Lin is left wondering and unhappy. When Tian attempts to assault Lin, Ho seeks revenge but is killed along with Kwan and it is left to Sen and Sister to seek the help of a rival gangster in their revenge.

Detective Don Ross uncovers lorry hijackers at a transport café behind vehicle thefts. Dismissed by superiors, he goes undercover to gather evidence against the gang.

Two mysterious seamen come from Alan Rogers' past to blackmail him as he seeks to locate his missing daughters. Ellery Queen is called in by Stewart Cole, Rogers' secretary. Queen goes to the estate and finds one daughter already there and the second one expected. When she arrives, it is Ellery's secretary Nikki Porter posing as the daughter as Ellery had her intercept the real heiress after learning of a plot to swindle Rogers. The blackmailing seamen are killed at a waterfront café after getting the blackmail money, Rogers is suspected and Inspector Queen arrives to arrest him, but he is also found dead.

Special Agent Lee is investigating a planned assault on a Congressmen who is tied to a series of GPS Spoofing cyber-attacks globally. The primary suspect is his junior agent Peng's ex, who was part of an underground hacker organization.

Scotland Yard investigate when a woman, apparently the estranged wife of a London painter, is murdered with a shotgun in rural Surrey at the same time as the artist's striking model with her long black hair disappears.
