Fashion 70's tells the story of four young people. The series starts with their lives as children during the Korean War and follows them into adulthood in the 1970's South Korea.

Anya Voloshina is a design engineer. Due to health problems, an unplanned pregnancy is not at all included in her plans: her husband persuades her to have an abortion, and her mother-in-law tells her to think twice. Immediately after giving birth, the congenital heart defect made itself known, so the mother-in-law found a clinic in Turkey that specializes in such problems.
