"Simple Ahe Na? Is an adventure comedy depicting journey, chase, and emotions of two strangers in Mumbai who have missed their last local train. The story is formed by what happens till dawn. Priya is an upper class girl in her mid-twenties and Aman is a middle class boy. They both are in hurry to catch the last train, their conflict starts when they both catch the same auto, driven by an auto driver Krishna Pandey, a boy in his 20's from UP. Priya and Aman reach station but they miss the last train. They end up blaming each other and decide to take their own paths. But fate has other plans, Priya is chased by few goons and after a lot of chaos, fight and a random chase sequence, is kidnapped by them." "Priya is taken to TT bhai (tik tok bhai). Chaos follows, Aman and Krishna Pandey also end up there following Priya. Tiktok bhai is a man hungry for views on his tiktok, he is defeated by Priya and Krishna Pandey in his own tiktok game. He has to let them go, the chaos continues as Priya decides to take Aman to a reunion party which Aman was avoiding as his ex was going to be present in the party. In the party both Priya and Aman solve some of their issues and Aman gets a closure which he was hoping for past 3 years. A bond of friendship is formed between them, where they have started to understand each other. As the dawn is approaching, they decide to head back to local train station and part ways, but they decide to miss the first train and go have tea together instead. "
