Adolf Eichmann flees to Barcelona and Argentina and the Israeli agents are determined to bring him to justice.

The story takes place in France from 1935 to 1945 where a gang use a Citroën car to hold up stores and banks.

A tense game of "cat and mouse" ensues as the Chinese code-breaker attempts to send out a crucial message while protecting his/her own identity.
