In 17th century Salem, a young woman, executed for witchcraft, curses the towns reverend and his descendants as she dies, leaving a lasting effect on those in the present day.
A man buries a plague stricken women. To assure that she is dead, he has attached a bell to her. So the question becomes, If the bell rings, should he dig her up or let her die at the insistence of his wife?
