Damian Morris is the head of Batman INC since Bruce Wayne chose to leave decades prior to watch over a fellow superhero's (Nightwing's) son after a promise he made before his former partner's death. Damian has a hidden agenda along with jealousy and resentment towards Bruce, causing him to imprison the boy, whom Bruce abandoned his company for.
