Arthur Baysting was born on 17 April 1947 in Blenheim, Marlberough, New zealand. He was a writer and actor, known for Sleeping Dogs (1977), No Contest (1995) and Meet the Feebles (1989). He died on 3 December 2019 in Auckland, New Zealand.
