Summary Sorehead singer Zhao Liang drifts around all day long. Someday he encounters a blind girl named Jing Jing who is under control by a criminal scrounger gang. Jing Jing can't endure beating-up from gang leader Guo Wei and escapes. Zhao Liang sends her to a police station. Officers can't find Jing Jing's home and she lies about Zhao Liang as her father. With no other choice, Zhao Liang takes her in his place. Zhao Liang drives Jing Jing back to her home and finds out that she is desperately poor.
