Summary To avoid failing a history exam Captain X and Nightlite try to travel back in time a week to cram. Unfortunately they manage to travel back to 1933 and discover there is a phantom at work and they are the prime suspects. Things go from bad to worse when Captain X discovers his powers aren't working and the two boys are arrested. Help comes from an unlikely source but in order to get back to the future the team needs to defeat the Time Vampire and keep out of the way of a Galactic Time Squad.
