Summary City Central is under attack from a giant battle-bot. Captain X and his amazing Extraordinary Friends are called to stop him but he mysteriously disappears. Vicki Van Horton begins her own investigation which leads her to the castle of Doctor Victor Zeno, a mad scientist with strong connections to the Nemesis Corporation. The AEF are lead into a trap only to find that the monster battle-bot wasn't destroyed, and worse, he is impervious to Captain X's powers.
