Summary After discovering a strange insignia at the bottom of a river Ben Wilson transforms into Captain Extraordinary, a superhero with super powers. Ben's world is thrown into turmoil, still being chased by a crime syndicate. He goes to his grandfather for help. Harry explains to Ben the history of Captain Extraordinary and begins to teach him about the powers he now holds. The Nemesis Corporation tracks the new hero to Harry's abandoned allotment and sends out a hero turned bad to retrieve the insignia whatever the cost.
