After returning to his hometown of Yantarsk, Mikhail Samoylov, an officer in the Russian armed forces, has to tell a friend that she is now a widow. But not all is quiet in this coastal town. After getting a job offer to work as a security expert at a local port, Mikhail finds out that corruption and crime is everywhere and he has to go to war to bring peace back to his hometown.—Slava Kirillov
